Billie Eilish and Finneas: New album only after the pandemic

Her new song "My Future" was released at the end of July, now fans are waiting for Billie Eilish's new album – and will probably have to wait a while longer. In an interview with the Australian newspaper "Herald Sun" her brother and songwriting partner Finneas O'Connell said during the Pandemic would not release a new album.

It would be a shame to release a loafing album from the Covid 19 phase. He and Eilish wanted everyone to be on the street and dance to it, said Finneas. It would therefore only appear when she could go on tour again: "It's the vaccine album!" He will also hold back his solo album until this point.

Most recently, Billie Eilish had at an appearance at the party conference of the US Democrats as Spokeswoman for her generation shown and played her song "My Future" with her brother on guitar. The 18-year-old has been one of the teenagers especially since the release of her debut (including the single "Bad Guy") most popular newcomers on the music scene. In January she was awarded a Grammy for Album of the Year.
