1. An artery with origin in the ophthalmic artery, with distribution to the cerebral membranes in the anterior cranial fossa, the anterior ethmoidal cells, frontal sinus, anterior upper part of the nasal mucous membranes, and the skin of the nose; anterior ethmoidal artery.
2. An artery with origin in the ophthalmic artery and with distribution to the ethmoidal cells and the lateral wall of the nasal cavity; posterior ethmoidal artery.
