Rothmund’s syndrome

Rothmund’s syndrome [rôth′məndz, rōt′munts] n.

1. An inherited syndrome characterized by atrophy, pigmentation, and telangiectasia of the skin, and usually accompanied by juvenile cataract, saddle nose, congenital bone defects, disturbance of hair growth, and hypogonadism.
