triazolopyridine antidepressant [trī-ăz′ə-lō-pĭr′ĭ-dēn′, -ā′zə-, -ə-zō′lō-] n.
- Any of a class of antidepressants, such as trazodone, structurally and pharmacologically unrelated to other antidepressants, whose clinical effectiveness is similar to that of tricyclic antidepressants but with fewer anticholinergic side effects.
